  • Personalized programming for your life. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, increase energy, or get to that next fitness level, your plan will be tailored to your fitness level, time constraints, and available equipment.

  • We’ll break down your fitness goals into small strategic daily practices that add up to big results. You’ll develop sustainable habits that will help you move and live better- in a way that fits into your real, everyday life.

  • Weekly text check-ins and/or 15 min coaching calls(bi-weekly). This gives you accountability, direction, and support every step of the way. During the 15 minute coaching calls, we go over any new exercises, report fitness wins, check form, and discuss any road blocks you may be experiencing. This is a crucial part of keeping you on track to meet your goals!

  • Have a question or concern or need a move modification between these calls? You have unlimited direct access to me inside my coaching app and I will respond within 24 hours or less.

  • No need to worry about which muscles to train, how often, or if your plan is balanced and safe. With my 30+ years of experience coaching women, I’ll sweat out the details of your programming. All you have to worry about is the next step in front of you.

How it works

  • There are monthly or quarterly subscription options. Your card on file will be automatically charged each month. Cancel anytime, however, because of the time involved in customizing workouts for you personally, I do require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your next billing.
