For over 30 years, I’ve helped women feel strong, capable, and confident through fun, effective workouts that support their bodies—not punish them. As a certified personal trainer with a degree in Health Promotion, I specialize in helping midlife women train smarter through perimenopause and menopause, with strength-focused programs that improve energy, protect joints, support healthy body composition, and build lasting confidence. Now in my 50s, and as a mom of five and grandma of two, my personal mission is to stay strong and energized so I can keep up with my kids and grandkids for decades to come. We live in beautiful Idaho, where I soak up every chance to snowboard, mountain bike, wake surf, hike, and enjoy the outdoors with my family. I want to help you feel strong and capable enough to keep doing what you love—with the people you love—for as long as possible.
