Over the next 30 days, we will cover everything from neck and shoulders, to hips and ankles, I've got your whole body covered to keep your joints happy and your body movin seamlessly from head to toe. Try 30 days of mobility and your joints and future self will be thanking you. NOTE: If you already subscribe to one of my other 3 training schedules (Fit Start, Fit Strength, Fit Life), selecting this program will replace your current schedule. If you want to keep your current schedule the same and add in extra mobility, all of these mobility workouts are in the Explore section under the Mobility collection and you an access them at anytime.
